Individual Registration

Please Read Before Visitor Registration

• Registration is processed only via our website. Please note that there are no other means such as phone calls, e-mails, fax messages, etc. to complete visitor registration. This is to avoid possible troubles arising from errors in registrations, leakage of personal information, and so on.
• Upon registration, you are requested to consent to our handling of personal information and privacy policy.
• The registration site uses SSL to encrypt personal information for data transmission. Please use SSL compatible browsers.
• Recommended browsers are as follows:

*Please be aware that there might be problems in displaying our website even though you are using the recommended OS and browser depending on combination of specific OS ad browsers, and setting of browsers.

• If you do not receive such an e-mail after several minutes, please check your security setting. There are cases where e-mails are rejected thus undelivered due to security setting. Adjust your setting to accept e-mails from the following domain name, and register again.

Steps of Visitor Registration

<In Person Exhibition>

1.Registration

• Register required information from “Visitor Registration.”
• You will receive an e-mail to notify your temporary registration at the e-mail address you have registered. Open that e-mail and click the URL listed. Then your registration will be completed.

※You will receive “registration completion e-mail” later on. Please open and read the e-mail. We would ask you to make sure your registration has been successfully completed, as there are many people who end up with ”temporary registration status.”

※If you do not receive such an e-mail after several minutes, please check your security setting. There are cases where e-mails are rejected thus undelivered due to security setting. Adjust your setting to accept e-mails from the following domain name, and register again.

2.Print-out

• Print out your admission pass attached to the registration completion e-mail, bring it with you, and present it at the entrance counter on the day.
• If you lost the said e-mail, please go to “Web-based Exhibition” page, then move on to “My Page,” where you can download the PDF file of your admission pass.

3.Admission

• Upon your arrival, please pick up a badge holder at the entrance and place the admission pass in the holder. Exhibition staff will scan the printed bar-code on your admission pass, and let you in.

<Web-based Exhibition>

2.Log-on

Please log on to the Web-based Exhibition and look around the site.
You can access to this exhibition anytime and as many times as you wish during the exhibition period (September 5 to November 7)

For Visitors to the In-Person Exhibition

• We require visitor registration prior to your visit, because we need to avoid congestion at the entrances and control people flow within the exhibition halls as a part of anti- infection measures. Upon your visit, please make sure to bring your “admission pass” with you. The pass will be issued by Visitor Registration.
• If you forget to bring the pass with you, exhibition staff will confirm your registration at the registration booth. Please note that you will be requested to register again on the day if your registration cannot be confirmed.

Please Read Before Registration:

If you are planning to attend the in-person exhibition in a group of 10 or more persons, register as a group using Group Registration here.

• One person representing your group is required to register.
• However, if you are planning to view the web-based exhibition, each member of your group has to make visitor registration. In that case, please use Individual Registration. If your group has 9 or less members, please use Individual Registration for each member.

Steps in Visitor Registration:

1.Registration

• Register required information via “Visitor Registration.” Once your registration is complete, an e-mail to notify completed registration to the registered e-mail address of the representing person of your group

2.Print-out

• Fill in the Group Entry Form (in Excel format) attached to the Registration Complete e-mail, print it out, and make sure to submit to the group reception counter on the day at the exhibition site.

3.Admission

• At the group reception counter, please submit “Group Entry Form.” Staff will check the content and hand out admission passes and holders for the registered number of members.
• Passes and holders for the entire group are handed out to you all at once, not separately.

For Visitors to the In-Person Exhibition:

• Your “Group Entry Form” will be checked at the group reception counter. An empty form (Excel format) will be attached to the completed registration e-mail. Please fill in the form in advance, print it out, and make sure to bring it with you on the day of your visit.
• If you forget to bring “Group Entry Form,” exhibition staff will confirm your registration at the group reception counter. However, please note that you might be requested to register again on the day if your group registration cannot be confirmed.
